Bae Bien-U presented Light of Grey, a new series of photographs of Venice, at the Wilmotte Foundation during the 59th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia. Over four seasons the artist photographed the horizon beyond the islands of the lagoon, the tidal flats and the quiet alleys of the city, working with traditional analogue photography and darkroom printing.
